The Dakota County CDA created the Workforce Family Townhome Program in 1990 in response to the rising need for affordable housing for Dakota County’s workforce.
The Workforce Family Townhome Program is designed for moderate-income families with children under the age of 18 and provides affordable one-, two- or three-bedroom townhomes in nine of the major cities in Dakota County.
